Aromaganic Adcolor Shampoo and Hydrating Conditioner Review.

Aromaganic are a fantastic, revolutionary brand that specialise in hair care and hair dyes, all without nasty chemicals. Their aim is to create hair products that not only work well but contain organic ingredients that are good for you and the environment!

I'll start with the Adcolor I Am Bondi Blond Shampoo:

Firstly, I love the name of this product, and like all Aromaganic products the packaging is simply beautiful. This shampoo is a colour refreshing shampoo that counteracts brassy tones in blonde hair (whether coloured or natural) as well as keeping hair in prime condition between colourings by enriching the hair colour.
Most products like these contain extremely nasty ingredients, however the Adcolor range proudly doesn't use any of these and instead uses natural and organic ingredients! Perfect for those like myself looking for more healthy and natural ways to treat our hair.
This shampoo contains ingredients such as Green Tea, Argan Oil, Jojoba Oil, Olive Oil and more to lock in moisture as well as Hydrolysed Wheat Protein to strengthen hair.

I love using this as I would a normal shampoo as its a gradual treatment which works wonderfully. It is a very thick shampoo with a deep blue tone to it that lathers well. I find this works best when I leave it on for five minutes then rinse my hair out as I normally would. I love how it gradually reduces the brassiness and yellowness in my hair and doesn't turn it grey like many others I've tried! This is perfect for those wanting a gradual, natural toner for blonde hair.

Aromaganic Hydrating Conditioner:

This conditioner literally has it all. It contains incredible, natural ingredients that have so many benefits for the health of your hair it's just not funny. I was honestly amazed when I first read the ingredients list! I knew my hair was in for a treat.
This conditioner contains Green Tea, Honey, Argan Oil, Jojoba Oil, Rosehip Oil, Evening Primrose Oil, Coconut Oil and so much more!
All of these ingredients are perfect for hydrating, repairing and renewing hair and most are Certified Organic.
I absolutely can't believe I've finally found a conditioner with Honey in it-perfect for locking in moisture to my dry hair!

This conditioner is extremely thick and luxurious and covers my long hair so well without having to use an enormous amount of product. It's floral, fresh aroma is absolutely gorgeous and unlike any other scent I've come across, all ages would love it!
I love how this leaves my hair soft, smooth and less frizzy.

Aromaganic have done an amazing job with both of these high quality, luxurious products and they are absolutely perfect for those looking for natural, organic ways to treat their hair.

Purchase From: The Aromaganic range is available in most health shops or online at www.Aromaganic.com- I highly recommend checking them out!

Sukin Micellar Cleansing Water Review.

Cleansing Micellar Waters are vastly becoming more and more popular and with many skin benefits it's easy to see why!
Thankfully, one of my most favourite brands have come out with their own and it's already incredibly popular, introducing the new Sukin Micellar Cleansing Water!

Micellar Water has many benefits for the skin, but is mainly used for the removal of makeup while gently soothing the skin.
Micellar Water works when the micelle molecules in the water deploy and basically grab onto any makeup, so when you wipe the skin all of the makeup is easily removed.
The Sukin Micellar Water also contains gentle, soothing ingredients such as Aloe Vera, Cucumber Extract and Chamomile Extract to calm the skin leaving it feeling soft and supple. Because of its handy size and no need for water it makes makeup removal super easy when travelling and leaves my skin looking and feeling refreshed.
I love it's fresh aroma and how it removes my makeup easily leaving no makeup residue behind. The first few times I used this I noticed a big difference in how much clearer and cleaner my skin looked and I was pleasantly surprised when it felt super soft and smooth! It's also gentle enough to remove stubborn eye makeup without having to worry about nasty chemicals getting in your eyes, which is super important for me! It contains no SLS and no parabens making it suitable for even those with sensitive skin.

This is a perfect product for those looking for an easy to use, gentle makeup remover and I can see why it has been so popular!

Price/Purchase From: $9.99 for 250ml- Available from your local Priceline & most other health shops/pharmacies!

MooGoo Anti-Ageing Face Cream Review.

As you may already know, MooGoo is one of my most favourite skin care brands ever. The more products of theirs I try the more I fall more in love with their brand, they are just so darn good.
Today I'm reviewing the MooGoo Anti-Ageing Face Cream!*

As you may or may not already know, our skin after our early twenties starts needing more assistance to prevent and possibly already treat fine lines and wrinkles. What we put on our skin can make such a big difference to how our skin will appear to age, and MooGoo have truly done an amazing job creating this product. I'm a big believer in not believing what packaging tells me and to actually research ingredients, especially when it comes to anti-ageing skin care. So what's in this face cream and why is it so darn amazing!? I'll show you.
The superstars of this cream include these two gorgeous ingredients- Stabilised Vitamin C and Resveratrol.

MooGoo have used the latest and most expensive form of Vitamin C in this cream (Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate) to fully penetrate the skin (unlike many other kinds of Vitamin C) and prevent the signs of ageing. Vitamin C is also fantastic for sun damage, pigmentation and increasing collagen production. It truly is one of those incredible ingredients that you can actually see making a difference to your skin.
Resveratrol, also known as Japanese Knotweed Extract, has many protective benefits for the skin (including sun protection) and is also wonderful for reducing cell damage.

This highly moisturising cream also contains:

-Olive Squalene to mimic the skins natural oil and prevent dryness, lock in moisture and fight free radical damage.
-Apricot Kernel Oil to provide essential fatty acids to the skin.
-Rice Bran Oil to protect and renew and help eliminate dry, scaly skin.
-Grape Seed Oil to give an antioxidant boost and provide skin with beneficial vitamins including vitamin E, vitamin C, Beta-Carotene and vitamin D.
-Hydrolysed Milk Protein to increase the elasticity of the skin.
-Natural Vitamin E to prevent fine lines and wrinkles and repair skin.

And more!!

I have really loved using this moisturiser on a day to day basis and definitely plan to purchase it when mine is finished. It lasts such a long time and leaves my skin looking beautifully hydrated and nourished after each application. I saw a noticeable difference in my skin just a few weeks after I started using it and have found it absolutely amazing. My skin looks and feels incredibly soft, revitalised and smooth and it really helped tone my skin and lock in much needed moisture. I love that feeling of knowing your giving your skin such antioxidant-rich goodness!
This is a beautiful, enriched cream suitable for all skin types so if you're in the market for an anti-ageing cream I highly recommend this one!

Price/Purchase From: $34.90- Available from most chemists or online at www.MooGoo.com.au

Fake Bake Fair Self Tanning Lotion Review.

I don't think I'm the only one who is so excited that Summer has arrived. However, getting ridiculously sunburnt definitely isn't the best way to achieve a gorgeous tan- which is where these clever products come in ;)

Introducing the Fake Bake Fair Self Tanning Lotion!*

I absolutely love these sorts of products and this beauty is definitely a new favourite of mine. This product in particular has been made especially for those with fair skin wanting to achieve a beautiful gradual tan.
I highly enjoyed applying this product and found application extremely easy. As it is a lotion, using gloves or your hands would be perfectly fine to apply this, however I'm obsessed with my tanning mitt and used this each application. The lotion itself has a slight touch of colour to it that works as a colour guide to help you see where you have applied the product and it has a gorgeous chocolatey, caramel aroma which I really love.
Perhaps the best thing of all with this is that it doesn't leave me with that sticky feeling after I've applied it, it simply feels like I've applied a body butter to my skin. This makes it great for those who are wanting to sleep with the lotion on!
I found this lotion absolutely gorgeous, streak free and extremely easy to apply. It gave my skin a lovely natural looking golden tan and after the third application I was really happy with the colour. (Those with extremely fair skin will get results sooner!) I really love how this contains a high amount of Jojoba Oil and just how smooth and creamy the lotion actually is-  think chocolatey body butter that gives you a bonus tan!

The tan is definitely buildable and you can totally control the depth of the tan you desire. If you're happy with the colour and don't wish to apply more of the product to make the tan last longer, I simply apply a normal moisturiser over the top. As shown above, Fake Bake actually have moisturisers for such things including this one which I love- the Oil-Free Mistifier Moisturizing Body Spray!
What I love about this is that it comes in a spray meaning application is so incredibly easy. I simply spray it on and give it a quick rub in and it's done. Green Tea and Vitamin E protect and nourish the skin while Ginger Root and Aloe Vera soothe sensitive skin. I just love how easy this is.

If you have fair skin and are in the market for a gradual tanning lotion I highly recommend this one! I was very pleased with the results.

Price/Purchase From: $39.00 for 170ml (lasts a long time!) Available from your local Priceline Pharmacy.

MooGoo SPF 40 Natural Sunscreen Review.

If you know me, you know how much I love natural sunscreen. Other sunscreens contain many nasty chemicals that frankly I don't want anywhere near my body- or my children's! Having worked in a pharmacy I've seen so many people come in and say that their chemical sunscreen is irritating their skin or their child's and wanting to know what to do about it. This is why myself and fellow co workers would always recommend a zinc based, natural sunscreen. The one I'm reviewing today is one of my all time favourites, introducing the MooGoo SPF 40 Natural Sunscreen!*

You know how much I love MooGoo, they are so legit when it comes to ingredients and I just love that. This sunscreen has taken them four years to perfect and boy have they done an amazing job. Containing mainly Zinc, Water and Jojoba Oil this beauty is not greasy at all and applies so beautifully. It is definitely the best natural sunscreen formulation I've seen. The natural zinc acts as an umbrella to reflect both UVA and UVB radiation from the sun and leaves my skin feeling protected and looking glowy. It has only a slight, subtle earthy aroma which does fade that I really like as well.

This sunscreen is suitable for all skin types, even the most sensitive! I love how I can use this on my little ones and never have to worry about what their skin is absorbing. It also applies wonderfully on the face and doesn't feel heavy or greasy in the slightest like some other natural sunscreens can. Did I mention it's also SPF 40?!
(Wish I could have recommended this product years ago to all my customers in the pharmacy!)
If you're in the market for a natural way to protect your skin from the sun I highly recommend this one!

Price/Purchase From: $19.90 for 100g- Available from most chemists or online at www.MooGoo.com.au

MooGoo/Dusty Girls Lip Favourites

Personally, I'm a bit crazy about natural lip balms. After years of having dry, dehydrated lips and trying countless lip products to fix them, I came to realise what worked best for them and what ingredients to look out for to give them the proper hydration and nourishment they so badly needed. I can confidently say that MooGoo lip balms are by FAR the best lip balms I have ever used and they have repaired and nourished my lips properly
Below I've listed my all time favourite balms of theirs, as well as a Dusty Girls natural vegan lipstick which is definitely my most favourite natural lipstick I have ever used- Enjoy!

MooGoo CowLick Balm:
What I love about the MooGoo lip balms is that there really is no nasties in them- just pure natural ingredients. The Cowlick lip balm is perfect if you're looking for a general purpose, every day balm. It is full of gorgeous ingredients including Jojoba Seed Oil, Coconut Oil, Soybean Oil, Cocoa Butter, Natural Vitamin E and more! I love how they've added a touch of Mandarin Oil to give the most subtle, delicious aroma. All the ingredients in this balm are perfect for every day hydration and softening. This is the balm I use before I put on any other lip product.

Tingling Honey Lip Balm:
I absolutely love this lip balm like crazy. This is perfect for those whose lips need serious repair and nourishment/ those with dry, chapped lips. As someone who is obsessed with honey in products I was so excited to purchase this balm! Ingredients include Honey, Allantoin (for repairing), Menthol (for preventing infection/protecting the lips), Jojoba Seed Oil, Coconut Oil, Sweet Almond Oil, Cocoa Butter, Natural Vitamin E, Lemon Fruit Oil and more!
I seriously love how it gives a cooling, tingling sensation when applied and love how it keeps my lips looking and feeling renewed, soft and incredibly hydrated. This is my go-to balm whenever my lips need that extra bit of nourishment and unlike many other balms, it actually works- hallelujah!

Strawberry Tinted Lip Balm:
I'm so grateful for MooGoo creating this product. This is the most gorgeous tinted lip balm I have ever used and I love it's subtle colour pay off and luxurious formulation. Another thing I love about this is that the subtle berry colour doesn't come from the red dye that Cochineal insects produce when boiled (yes- many other brands use this to get that red colour we so love!) Rather, they've used Red Beetroot Extract to give the most beautiful subtle colour. I also love how they've added Strawberry Fruit Extract to give a slight strawberry taste. The ingredients in this beauty include Sweet Almond Oil, Jojoba Seed Oil, Shea Butter, Natural Vitamin E and more! Out of all the balms I love this formulation the best, it's so thick and luxurious! I use this whenever I'm wanting a more natural lip colour or under/over the top of other lip products. It's amazing.

Dusty Girls Natural Vegan Lipstick in "Chia Seeds":
Dusty Girls (Created by MooGoo) specialise in natural makeup and have just brought out these new Natural Vegan Lipsticks! They describe how they are made as "made using a blend of micas for a highly pigmented and vibrant colour, alongside edible ingredients such as Jojoba Oil, Shea Butter and Vitamin E to lock in moisture."
These beauties are available in four shades, and "Chia Seeds" is simply beautiful. More sheer than it appears, it gives off a beautifully versatile look of both red and brown hues. I love using this as an every day lip colour and just love how soft and versatile it is. I'm so used to lipsticks drying out my lips but never have to worry about that with this product.
These beauties are also completely natural and edible! If you're in the market for some natural, high quality lip products I simply can't recommend these enough!

Price/Purchase From:
Lip Balms: $4.50-$5.50- Available from most pharmacies or online at www.MooGoo.com.au
Vegan Lipstick: $19.50- Available from some pharmacies or online at www.Dustygirls.com.au

Dusty Girls Earth Cream Review

I absolutely love a good tinted moisturiser but sometimes the ingredients in the product just down right scare me. 20 chemicals I can barely pronounce? No thanks. This is why I love- and I mean love the product I'm reviewing today.

Introducing the Dusty Girls Earth Cream!*

You may have "herd" of the Dusty Girls brand as they are produced by a brand I adore- MooGoo! They offer high quality, natural makeup products that leave skin looking and feeling amazing.

I have absolutely loved using this "natural tinted cream" and find it simply beautiful on the skin. Unlike many other tinted moisturisers, this product contains gorgeous natural ingredients including Fennel Flower Seed Oil and Manuka Tree Leaf Oil known for healing and repairing the skin. It also contains Shea Butter, Aloe Vera, Magnolia Acuminata Extract, Chaulmoogra Tree Seed Oil, Natural Vitamin E and more! All of these combined plus the fact that is it fragrance free make it perfect for even those with sensitive skin. (Another little bonus it that it's also SPF 5!)

My favourite way to use this is right before I apply foundation. I love knowing that my skin is absorbing the natural ingredients and creating a lightweight, natural coverage. I find it incredibly easy to apply and love knowing my skin is being moisturised and protected at the same time. I've used it for weeks now and still absolutely love it, whether by itself or under foundation. It also has a subtle earthy aroma which I really like.

If you're looking for a natural tinted moisturiser that won't irritate your skin I can't recommend this one enough! It's fantastic. This product comes in two shades, Light and Medium and I find the Light shade perfect for my skin.

Dusty Girls products have such amazing testimonials and I highly recommend checking out their products, especially if you've been looking for high quality, natural makeup that won't irritate your skin!
