Power Superfoods Epzen Bath Crystals Review.

Epsom salts are becoming more popular these days for a number of reasons, but perhaps one of the most common uses is adding it to your bath for optimal relaxation. After a long day, it's soo good to jump into a hot bath and just relax. I have absolutely loved using this product added to my bath or foot spa!
Epsom salts aren't actually a salt- but are a pure mineral compound of magnesium and sulphate. Our skin rapidly absorbs both of these and therefore provides so many benefits when adding this to your bath (such as muscle relaxation, supplying the body with magnesium to reduce stress levels, relieving aches and pains, eliminating toxins, providing the body with overall relaxation and more!)
This brand of Epsom salts is just amazing. It not only contains the highest quality Epsom salts but also contains beautifully relaxing natural essential oils of Rosewood, Ylang Ylang, Rose Geranium, Frankincense & May Chang-just for added relaxation!

Here is my review!
The Power Superfoods Epzen Magnesium Bath Crystals* are described as follows: "Three highly recommended stress relievers are magnesium, aromatherapy and mineral soaks -- just like these magnesium bath crystals! Taking the time to economically revitalize for as little as 20 minutes in the bath (or even a foot soak!) can help us face the next challenges life throws our way, and transition to a calmer, more peaceful state of mind. Wonderful for the overworked, overburdened, or stressed out- and anyone else!  (Short version of the description.)

Main Ingredients: Pure Magnesium Sulphate with added natural essential oils.

Best Used: By adding two cups in a nice hot bath or one cup in a foot spa. When we stress our body is deprived of magnesium so this is such a great way to get the much needed magnesium back into our bodies.

Smells Like: A beautiful floral, relaxing smell.

Pros: I have absolutely loved using these bath crystals! They make your body feel so relaxed-and seeing as I always used these at night they really made me feel quite sleepy too! (In a nice, relaxing way.)

Cons: This isn't actually a con (more like a handy note) If you don't generally find the scent of essential oils nice then you may prefer the "Pure" blend- this is just high quality magnesium sulphate with no oils. You can also mix this with your favourite oils- see the recipes on their site!

Price/Purchase From: $10.95 for 900g (lasts for ages!) -Available from some health shops or online at www.powersuperfoods.com.au
